Say hello to Summer with this special retreat dedicated to sunshine, the great outdoors and the longest day of the year.
The beautiful Hampshire countryside provide the backdrop for this one-off retreat.
What to expect
Our base for the afternoon is a quaint village hall in Damerham near Fordingbridge which boasts light and airy indoor space which extends out onto the pretty garden. With a weeping willow lined river flowing through the grounds this is the perfect space to feel at one with nature.

There is also plenty of onsite free parking.
​The retreat will start with an afternoon Yoga flow set alongside the banks of the river.
After Yoga there will be a picturesque stroll through the Countryside and across the River taking in the vast open space and neighbouring wildlife.
​It will then be back to the Village Hall for some chilled stretchy Yin inspired Yoga to calm both the mind and body.
We will then drive a short distance to Telegraph Hill for one of the best viewpoints in Hampshire to watch the sunset. As we arrive,, we will use our vantage point to flow through the Sun Salutes and picnic up for the evening.

Herbal teas and snacks will be provided throughout the day.
​
This will be the perfect day to welcome in Summer and fill up your cup for the exciting months ahead.
You do no need ANY yoga experience to enjoy this day. All you need to do is bring your own picnic and let me take care of the rest.
