After 2 years of teaching Chair Yoga I started running Chair Yoga Day Retreats in early 2024 so that all my students had the opportunity to enjoy more Yoga outside of class.
This was a so well received that my Chair Retreats are here to stay and I have a date for your diary to end 2025.
What to Expect
Held at Ampfield Village Hall, just 10 minutes from Chandler's Ford, you can expect the following from your day:

- A morning Chair Yoga Class
- Afternoon Tea in the Garden Room
- A fun afternoon activity

Any creations will be for you to keep or gift to a loved one.
​
Either way, you will take your handmade crafts home with you.
