ABOUT
I had always been interested in Yoga since a teenager but found myself mirroring the frantic pace of life with high octane gym classes. It was this intense lifestyle that lead to one ruptured and two bulging discs in my lower back.

I turned to Yoga to aid my recovery but soon discovered that the benefits went far deeper than just being a form of physical exercise and I was hooked.

To enhance my knowledge I signed up to Laura Green Yoga's Immersion Course in 2019 where I was able to learn about and experience a range of styles including Kundalini Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.

I wanted to share this amazing practice and 9 years after my back injury I completed a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course with Laura Green Yoga in 2020 to become a qualified Yoga Teacher and help others overcome their ailments through Vinyasa style Yoga.
I am immensely proud to have been named The Best Yoga Centre in Eastleigh for 2023.

I am extremely dedicated to delivering Yoga to my community and I absolutely love teaching. To ensure I continue to work to a high standard, I am constantly learning and growing.

Since start qualifying I have expanded my knowledge through further training in:

Yin Yoga
Hot Yoga
Anatomy and Physiology Level 3
Restorative Yoga
Somatics
Thai Massage
Meridian Lines
Adjusts and Assists

This will always be an evolving list as I continue to delve deeper into the amazing world of Yoga and share my knowledge with my students.
